Tina has a personal connection to Clothes for Kids, having been a client of the organization as a child when she immigrated to the U.S. with her family. This personal connection to the organization left a profound impact on her and sparked a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. In 2023, she joined the board of directors with a passion for contributing to the organization’s mission to serve and help other children like herself.

Tina has extensive experience in Human Resources Management with a background in organizational development and cultural change. She is currently the Director of Human Resources at a healthcare company based in Seattle. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management and a Bachelor’s in Social Work, demonstrating her commitment to personal and professional growth.
Tina enjoys gardening, painting, and spending quality time with her young children in her free time. She has a passion for art, creative work, and building meaningful connections with others wherever possible.
