Who Qualifies?
Qualifications:
Low-income youth who attend schools in Snohomish County or the Northshore School District (Head start/ECEAP through 12th grade) are eligible. To confirm eligibility, please bring one of the below documents for income verification to your 2023-2024 appointment.
- EBT Card
- TANF Qualification Form
- Free or Reduced Lunch Qualification Form
- DSHS Documentation
- Hardship Form
